In this episode we talk with Seana Shiffrin who is Professor of Philosophy and Pete Kameron Professor of Law and Social Justice at UCLA. We talk about her work in contract law theory in which she has developed refreshing views on for instance, American legal doctrines such as unconscionability; the relation between contract law regimes and the moral practice of promising; and the immorality of breach of contract.
